After service & solution
Choosing the right industrial oil is just the beginning. Hai Lu Jya He provides a comprehensive range of after-sales services, including oil usage technical guidance, on-site machining equipment oil support, and regular pH value inspections for cutting oil. Our technical team conducts regular inspections and maintenance visits to ensure optimal conditions for cutting oil and hydraulic oil. We also offer oil analysis and reports to help you understand your equipment's operational status.
■ Basic cutting Fluids training for operators
We support you with application-specific training to get the best out of our products. The know-how transferred thereby helps you use them more efficiently to maximize the benefits they give you. Besides, cutting fluid emulsion quality depends very much on the respective water quality. In order to recommend the best possible cutting fluid concentrate to make an optimal emulsion, we have to know your water quality. To this purpose, we offer training accordingly.
■ Water Quality Test
The quality of water is like the foundation of processing quality. The most common types of water are classified into two categories: hard water and soft water. Based on mineral content, they are further categorized into non-hardness salts (potassium/sodium) and hardness salts (calcium/magnesium). The total hardness of water is determined by the amount of hardness minerals present in the water, usually expressed in milligrams of calcium carbonate per liter of water (i.e., in parts per million, ppm).
■ Emulsion preparation training
MORESCO cutting fluid and WILL cutting fluid concentrate contains an optimal balance of emulsifiers and oil for mixing with water. We'll teach you how to mix the emulsion to maximize machining performance and stability, and minimize cutting fluid consumption. MORESCO cutting fluid and WILL cutting fluid only need minimal maintenance, but that is a good investment.
■ Monitoring & Maintenance Planning
The monitoring and management of cutting fluid are crucial because the fluid can deteriorate due to factors such as metal chips, water flow, and temperature, whether during the machining process or while stagnant in the reservoir. Therefore, utilizing an IoT monitoring system allows for real-time tracking of the cutting fluid's condition, including its level, pH, and concentration. When the cutting fluid falls below a certain level, the system emits a reminder signal to prompt customers to replenish the cutting fluid. Additionally, in case of abnormal concentration or pH levels, the system can promptly make assessments and provide necessary compensations.
■ Online support
Our specialists are always online to make sure you are fully satisfied with our products. They have a meeting with our customers regularly to make sure their cutting fluids always meet their needs by upholding process stability and productivity.
