Step 1. Sales Market Confirmation
Identifying the niche market is very important as it involves local purchasing power, culture, national manufacturing capabilities, and the impact of processing environment and water quality differences.
Step 2. Cutting Oil Performance Confirmation
Match the primary processing materials, such as copper, aluminum, and iron, with processing methods like turning and grinding, emphasizing lubrication, rust prevention, or cleanliness performance.Provide cutting oil samples. Hai Lu Jya He’s quality control laboratory conducts sample component analysis and compares them with existing products.
Step 3. Selecting Customized Industrial Oil Solutions
Based on the data comparison report, Hai Lu Jya He offers two customized solutions. One is to substitute with Hai Lu Jya He's existing industrial oil products, saving process and testing time, reducing time costs. The other is to formulate new recipes to ensure the oils perform optimally in your specific applications.
Step 4. Oil Condition Data Comparison Report
Provide cutting oil samples. Hai Lu Jya He’s quality control laboratory conducts sample component analysis and compares them with existing products.
Step 5. Sample Testing
After selecting the formulation, detailed data comparison reports are provided, and small batch sample tests are conducted to ensure the oil meets the performance criteria.
Step 6. Trial and Feedback
